ORDER FULFILLMENT
Most of the items offered in W.P. Willams Company's store are available immediately from stock and will be shipped next business day. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
If items are not available for immediate shipment, you will be notified via email about the order status and when it will be available. You will be given an option to wait for the ship date or cancel the order. The hold on your payment method will be removed no later than next day.
Orders will be shipped from one of our nationwide warehouses, closest to your location, based on availability. We will use the most economical way to ship your order, UPS or FedEx Ground.
MINIMUM ORDER
We sell in full carton/box quantity only. If you need to place a patrial order, please contact us.
RETURNS
We offer a full refund credit, including inbound and outbound freight, if we have shipped the wrong product. Please contact us for Return Authorization Number.
If the customer ordered the incorrect product, full credit for the product will be given based on the following conditions:
- Products are returned within 30 days from the W.P. Williams Company ship date
- Products are in original packaging, complete and unused
- Correct replacement products are ordered from W.P. Williams Company
- Products are returned with Return Authorization Number, to the warehouse specified with Return Authorization email.
Returns not meeting above requirements will be accepted on an individual case basis, and will incur restocking charges up to 50% of the order.

LIABILITY
W.P. Williams Company is a distributor of military and commercial grade fasteners. Our product is purchased from manufacturers and importers. Conformance to industry specifications is formally requested from these suppliers. They are responsible for inspecting the parts they supply. We believe they are in the best position to properly test the parts that they make.
We maintain complete lot traceability on all products listed on our catalog and website. Certifications are maintained on thru-hardened and military-grade fasteners.
Our expertise is limited to the marketing and distribution of fasteners. We are not manufacturers, designers or engineers nor involved in any way with the application. Therefore, we are unable to recommend any particular application. It is the responsibility of those who purchase from us (and their customers who apply these fasteners) to select the proper part and to test those parts at a level that is commensurate with the nature of the application.
W.P. Williams Company will be liable for a refund or credit for the price billed. Seller will not be responsible for buyers manufacturing, labor, alternate purchase, extra freight, plating or replating, lost profit, goodwill, recall cost or any other incidental or consequential loss.
MATERIAL CERTIFICATION
A majority of the fasteners supplied by W.P. Williams Company are RoHS compliant, meaning REACH, 3TG, Cal Prop 65, RoHS Rohs2 and they do not contain Lead, Cadmium, PBB, BBP, DBP, PBDE, DEHP, PBDE or Hexavalent Chromium. None of RoHS have come into contact with Mercury or Mercury Compounds during manufacturing or subsequent processing.
If required, please notify us for RoHS Certificates of Conformance and it will be included with the shipment at no additional charge.
Most non-RoHS compliant stock can be re-plated to RoHS compliance at no additional charge.
All of our parts are Conflict Free. Our parts do not contain conflict material or have anything to do with conflict countries as defined by the US Government.
HYDROGEN EMBRITTLEMENT
We require our platers and suppliers of plated fasteners to bake case hardened parts to appropriate industry specifications. However, this process does not guarantee that hydrogen embrittlement will not still be present after baking or that it will not occur at a later date while in service. Specialized testing or a substitute part may be required, depending on the application.
REPLATING
If you need to replate our product, please contact us to verify if your item can be replated.

W.P. Willams Company takes your privacy seriously and is committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We will never share your information with any third party.
We use customer registration information for order processing only. All information will be kept inhouse and will not be shared with any third party. Your telephone number will be used only if your order needs clarification.
PAYMENT
We accept payment via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, ApplePay, PayPal, and MetaPay.
We also offer payment terms of Net 30 days to approved accounts.

SALES TAX
If you are claiming Sales Tax Exemption for your purchase from us, please fill out the attached form and identify the states you are claiming exemptions for.
