Shipping & Returns


Most of the items offered in W.P. Willams Company's store are available immediately from stock and will be shipped next business day.  Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

If items are not available for immediate shipment, you will be notified via email about the order status and when it will be available.  You will be given an option to wait for the ship date or cancel the order.  The hold on your payment method will be removed no later than the next business day.

Orders will be shipped from one of our nationwide warehouses, closest to your location, based on availability.  We will use the most economical way to ship your order.


We sell in full carton/box quantity only.  If you need to place a partial order, please contact us.


We offer a full refund credit, including inbound and outbound freight, if we have shipped the wrong product. Please contact us for to obtain a Return Authorization Number before shipping the item(s) back.

If the customer ordered the incorrect product, full credit for the product will be given based on the following conditions:

  • Products are returned within 30 days from the W.P. Williams Company ship date
  • Products are in original packaging, complete and unused
  • Correct replacement products are ordered from W.P. Williams Company
  • Products are returned with the Return Authorization Number, to the warehouse specified with Return Authorization email

Returns not meeting the above requirements will be accepted on an individual case basis, and will incur restocking charges up to 50% of the value of the order.

All returns MUST have a Return Authorization Number.
